Admission in AXIS: Member since 2005, became Agent Chi in April 2005.
    A both secretive and reckless man in the squad of Alpha Omega. Often employed in solo missions, even so in covert operations which involve assassination, it has not always been like that. Not easy to read, this is a man of many facades and masks, and despite his cold, somewhat cruel demeanor in battlefield (not that there are any other ways to use his powers), he has employed different psyches to relate to others, being kind and generous if so he desires, but nothing that can unmake a bad repute. Known to be trouble, is often messing around in the secret clubs of the AXIS institute, and may know all its secrets already. Prickly or detached, always has second or third intentions, and was known to have breached many laws, as well as the privacy of fellow agents. Whatever punishment the Instructors had for him, it didn't seem to affect him, for they need more him - and he likes them to remember that -  than the other way around. Remains in AXIS because "there's nothing outside for him" and reminds others not to be afraid of the instructors, often mocking them when given the chance. Can be sticky when playing as if supporting a side he choose.
    Hobbies: Coffee, Smoking, Drinking. Escaping the Institute, "scoring with someone", invading other people's room, creating parties. Bickering of all sorts. Knows how to play bass, but admits he prefer it to make noise. Enjoys riding.
   
    Relations:
    In his first year as a veteran, already Agent Chi, got to know Anna (LAMBDA), who not only resisted his advances, but was also very competitive and stood out even to make short of his ideas and beliefs. He didn't believe he had those "beliefs", after all, all he saw as a member of AXIS was that it was a bounty hunter school and that for him was a crystal clear truth, not a matter of 'opinion'. Anna was quite the contrary, and in a friendly rivalry, she bet she could make he see it otherwise, bringing up any sense of responsibility there was. Employed together in missions, Anna would use her Lambda suit to save people from recurring incidents in the sea, whilst Jack would verify the demon ocurrence, more often in petrol stations. Anna herself was already shaken of her own beliefs and would open up to Jack, and despite it was not the first time for him, he felt the urge to correspond, but he himself had nothing of a background, and would just take advantage of the situation. They developed a relationship, and that cut several connections for both sides, but he knew one day Anna would leave him and never forgive. Well, that happenned and both moved out with their lives. Only that Jack still has some obsession with her, to which she's somewhat scared of. They keep a healthy distance. Jack then turned back to his old circles, more often seeking breaches of security, getting warned and punished by security, or even starting their own gangs and bickering of small consequence. He's popular with girls, but not in a good sense, since a military and academical institute got to keep their status as a respected initiative, he's become a maverick around it.
    He also sees in Klaus (DELTA) some kind of hope, not for the institute, but for the agent itself, as he share some similarity to his own, given he's ready to pick on others, wouldn't turn back when picked upon, and his sense of freedom and property doesn't hold him from stealing what he wants to. He knows many people but others aren't attached to him. Jack however, feels no attachment when others go look for him, as well. It's, casual, banal, empty. As so these two lash out in the battlefield, but they can't help but realize they've been less and less employed, as if their next mission could be the last, if they're thrown away in some dark pit or such. And from all he remembers, he hates dark pits, even so the dungeons in AXIS Main Facility's basement. He mocks even the Principal Ephraim, running on a gag that he's too old, and that seems to enervate the grandmaster in personal matters. People like Ben (ZETA) pursues his lack of decor and his disrespect, as well as criminalizing his reputed lasciviousness. Jack couldn't care less, as generation after generation, there are always those playing oppositions' private matters into the public just so they can show some kind of service to the authority figurehead. Used to go out with Dylan (DIGAMMA) in search of trouble, and is both a role-model, a rival, and a detested person by Daniel (ETA). He's not fond of people in the likes of Vito (SIGMA) and the newbie Nick (MI), who talks too much about both violence and morals, but are just brats who'd rather have someone fight for them to run away behind some law to protect them.
  
   Background:
All he remembers, or like to remember, is that he was caught off from some prison and put into the Chi suit. Surely he creates his own versions, stories, and even his document may be faked, but this is based in some fragments of a truth that there once was. He cooperates with keeping the secrecy of other AXIS Staff, such as Marco (PI), who has put him under his surveillance, and was famed to be strict and punitive, but seems to fall short on such roles with Jack. In fact all that fuzz he caused in the underground secret clubs of AXIS was premeditated and requested by the Staff so their activities were registered in the terms of surveillance. It's under a treaty people like Ben and other "policeman" are unaware of. There's much secret between the staff and Jack, but he's sure he's just playing the student-soldier because he can wear Chi when no one else can.

Part of the "Oraklyte Project". Uses the highly dangerous element of Xnobius which at time was in use by the State of Haijian (anything like our mixed economy China), as requested by the very chairman of security in the United Nations. It corrects both Sigma's unability to remain self-powered and how it easily expells flames without much of a locking mode; and previous project's Mi, which gather clouds and thunder around it but is less than desirable accurate, having shown random effects out of the lab. However, a major implication in both the element Xnobius and the symbiotic coat so characteristic of the Alpha Omega is that Xnobius (known scientifically as Oraklyte) acts in chains, and those are facilitated by the spreading of strange organisms, dubbed Ushabti, which in high rates bring some radioactivity and distinctively, of parasite control over nerve systems. Reputed to be used by necromancers on the still living, actually the Ushabti can't be controlled if its host is not made of Xnobius itself in some part. To that, Chi's electricity charges are made to kill these Ushabti - but so far they killed the user still. Jack was an immediate response, since he was the first and only to survive while wearing the suit and using its power. Brought by Ephraim himself, Jack looked different, more deranged, and Chi served as kind of a rejuvenation shower. That said, he sees his life tied to the suit. And then he won't look back to the freedom he achieved. Freedom to go there and kill whoever he's sent after. The Chi suit controls and generates electricity. It is rather an armor of Circuitry.

Teams, missions:
    Leader of the Ghost Team: An unnofficial team formed by him, Mi and Delta. It's rather a prank on the newbie and already estranged agent Mi, since the original "Misfits' Corner" was Chi, Digamma and Delta, considered to be among the cruelest of Agents, but just a pack of agents who didn't get what it takes to teamwork, never an official team. Mi, seeking for a larger badge other than Alpha Omega, needed a team to become a "Magister " Team Leader. Delta and Chi accepted to train him, but actually none of these sessions are even recorded. It is unnofficial.
    Participated in a particular mission in Queensland, Australia, assigned to investigate and kill a supposed bodyguard of Triton...
