Dazbog

Dazbog, Slavic Solar Deity, son of Svarog, father to the people, shepherd to the wolves.
This is my depiction of the deity for a Playing Cards Game, where he's to be featured as the king of the "Kolovrat" (solar wheel) suit, featuring fire, heat and spring based deities of the Slavic cosmology, old and new, traditional and/or reconstructionist.
The pointed ears attains connection to a more chthonian view on him, associated with wolves, symbols to all slavs, detested by abrahamic religions. The fire from the arms and the aura from the long hair/beard are done to be similar with a character from the Apkallu Mythos (typhonian-apkallu.deviantart.c… with the same name.
