Morgan Schneider (PHI)

Original character, by the beginning of the series (November 08), he's a strong man on his 45 years with a quick-thinking and problem-solving mind. A scientific genius and a man of discourse, his main concerns are thought to be education. Actually, his main joy are the missions as the secret "Agent Phi", named after the armor he made, which grants him capability to diminish himself and infiltrate unbreakable surfaces. His claws are almost impervious and serve to dig, the "disk" or "helix" on its back gives it super-speed proportionally to the size he diminishes, being virtually able to fly whilst in his nano-mode.

After studies concerning coronal mass ejection to black hole research, as well in the "Oraklyte project phase 2", he used the hawaian facilities to crafting the armors psi and omega.

    He's a complex figure, and his ideals have turned against him many times, but facing hardship after hardship, he found safe ways to maintain his political, public posture adressing both optimism in technology and as well reiterating the importance of ethics in all the scientifical processes. A figure standing for humanist behaviour, he's also a futurist and supporter of transhumanism, a recurring figure in debates concerning innovations. Religious zealots don't like him, for he was also even if indirectly responsible for the halting of some of the church's activities concerning child and slave labor, from places around the world. His direct breach of such activities were done mostly as Agent Phi.
What he'd despise of his role is that certainly the industries and work he did operated in parallel with wars, to means of which had certain economical reasons in imperialist tone. His "workplace" favored a commoner positive outlook on liberal economies, or neo-liberalism. Even though highly supported by private research, it is undeniable that his ascension come from a mixed economy, and he plays too much economic effort to keep up educational side projects, regarding aboriginals, survivalists and people in poverty situation in african countries "made independent" in the 90s. As such, he doesn't let his ethics be molded for convenience of the scientifical works he made a living out of. He's a "radical centrist", according to him.

Maybe his most direct work in the educational field was done in the AXIS Institute. He acted as a mentor for the Walker siblings, Lance and Melissa, children of a friend of his, Max, which he met at a conference in 1982 and kept contact ever since then. He's arguably a good-hearted and patient man in his 40s, with a quick mind and flexible thought, but always methodical when it comes to science and to reach conclusions. He practices in a regular schedule of physical exercises, keep up a balanced diet (vegetarian while on cities, but eating anything he can or must to be kept up whilst on survivalist campings), he's a vocal supporter of autoctonous tribes and their rights. He cares for the uniqueness of their genetics and for the value of their traditions.
Behind his public imagery, though, he is caring of such concerns only for he feels it greatly needed to keep up social and collective tribes and their inherent knowledge to be passed through, since he's often pessimistic about the future of the world, despite his individually positive outlook being kind of contagious. He saw too much that would leave a man of science to buy cheap mysticism, but he never lost touch, perhaps only grown colder and less considerate about general life, but always cautious to choose uniqueness and functionality over aesthetics and obsolescence, in a manner he doesn't put "higher good" above all, despite constantly being pushed forward to do so, given he knows all too well a man can do no good alone and in denial.

An event which changes everything about his role and plans is when the Triton (at time known as Bunyip) breaks loose. He discovers its powers and try to copy it on the Omega suit, going on as far as to turn back on his supporters, suppliers and his pupil in order to deal severe change in an almost suicidal plan of terrorizing occupation to bring about his major concerns on the environment. He means that people would rather abandon cities if they knew what was planned for them in the near future. Sadly, the future would guard such moment as a climax of a good genius turned lunatic.
